Challenges & Solutions
The management of Consultations via WhatsApp was very inefficient. Each sales executive managed it from personal accounts. That was a problem for the supervisors to be able to Measure and monitor the management, attention and emergence of prospects and clients in general.
Goals: Unify contacts to be able to have better control of the channel. In this way, being more efficient when routing each conversation based on the geographic location of each person to the appropriate sales executive.

Solution: Today it is possible receive queries in an organized manner through the official ACAC account on WhatsApp, thanks to our tool WittyBots. This is a low-code chatbot builder which allows you to create conversation flows to address, for example, frequently asked questions and customer complaints.
Product requests, which were previously handled manually, are now also processed through ACAC's official WhatsApp Business channel. This process, which was previously tedious and slow, has been automated. This caused sales processes to become longer and the conversion rate to be negatively affected.
