Solution
A WittyBots chatbot was developed on WhatsApp, a messaging channel with high penetration in the affected population, to be able to carry out conversations and answer queries from the families involved.
In parallel, WittySend executes the periodic and sequential sending of messages. This communication flow was designed by the researchers. A protocol was designed to send three messages per week with a duration of 4 months.

WittySuite is a conversational technology suite developed by Simpletech that includes a bot-builder (WittyBots) and a campaign sending platform (WittySend) in its product catalogue.
